Our collection includes both handwoven and machine-made suit sets and sarees—chosen for their quality, comfort, and subtle appeal.

As many of our pieces are unique and available in limited quantities, we currently offer exchanges only, under the conditions outlined below.

We want you to feel confident shopping with Kaisha 💚 If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy exchange within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email us at cottonartistry.kaisha@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Clear images of the product
  • A complete unboxing video

Important Guidelines

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit.

🔹 Once your request is approved, we will share the return address and next steps. After receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll process your exchange based on availability. You can choose another piece of equal or higher value, once processed.

A Quick note on Unboxing Videos

To help us resolve requests fairly, a complete unboxing video is required for all exchange requests. We recommend recording the parcel from the moment it is opened.

Items not eligible for exchange

  • Customized or altered products
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
  • Products that have been washed, stitched, or used
  • Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Products damaged after delivery

Store Credit, Variations and Cancellation Policy

🌿 Store Credit

If an exchange is approved but the same product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued. We understand that many of our pieces are unique and may not be restocked. Our team will be happy to assist you in selecting an alternative that suits your preferences.

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Redeemable on any available product on our website
  • Cannot be converted into cash

🌿 Handcrafted Variations

Many of our fabrics are handwoven by skilled artisans.

Slight variations in weave, texture, or colour are a natural part of handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects. These nuances reflect the authenticity and uniqueness of each piece.

🌿 Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • In case of an incorrect or defective product, we will cover the exchange shipping.
  • Original shipping charges, if any, are non-adjustable.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
