At Cotton Artistry by Kaisha, every fabric is thoughtfully designed and carefully sourced to bring you timeless weaves and elegant textures. Our collection includes both handwoven and machine-made suit set fabrics—crafted and curated with care.

As each piece is handpicked and often limited in quantity, we currently offer EXCHANGES ONLY and NO RETURNS under specific conditions, detailed below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

1.1 Exchange requests will be considered only if all the following conditions are met:

• A complete product unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any exchange or store credit request.
• The exchange request is made within 2 days of delivery.
• The item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• The product is not listed as non-exchangeable (see Section 3).
  

⚠️ Important: If the unboxing video is missing, incomplete, or unclear, no exchange or store credit request will be accepted. Recording and sharing the unboxing video is the customer’s responsibility.

2. Exchange Process

2.1 To request an exchange, please email us at cottonartistry.kaisha@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for exchange
• Clear images and the unboxing video
  

2.2 Once your request is reviewed and approved:

• Our team will share exchange instructions and the return address.
• The product must be securely packed to avoid transit damage and shipped via a reliable courier service.
• Upon receipt and inspection, we will proceed with the exchange subject to stock availability.
  

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Products purchased during sales or discount offers.
• Minor colour or design variations due to screen resolution or lighting.
• Fabrics that have been washed, stitched, altered, or used.
• Products showing signs of wear or damage not caused by Cotton Artistry by Kaisha.

• If an exchange is approved but the same product is not available, a store credit will be issued.
• Store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Store credit is non-transferable and can be redeemed only on our website.
• Store credit cannot be converted into cash.
  

Handcrafted Variations

Many of our fabrics are handwoven by skilled artisans. Slight irregularities in weave, texture, or colour are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects. These variations are a hallmark of authentic handmade craftsmanship.

Shipping for Exchanges

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error from our side (wrong or defective product).
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-adjustable.
  

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
• Once an order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
